Frequently asked questions

Our lead times for our standard ranges are up to six weeks. For bespoke orders our lead time is up to twelve weeks. While we will provide shorter lead times where possible, we cannot guarantee this.

No, all of our products are made to order.

All our panels are designed to be installable by the buyer. We can arrange for fitting on request for an additional fee.

Yes, over time our panels will patinate. This may also be affected by heat and moisture levels, adding a personal note to the ascetic of each panel based on its location.

All of our panels are 1200mm by 2400mm.

Yes, the panels can be cut down to smaller sizes / shapes. We are however limited to straight lines through the whole of the panel.

If you would like to cut the panel yourself, we would recommend the use of a multi material cutting blade effective on wood, plastics, and metals with the use of a donor board and support underneath to prevent splintering. Please be aware the edges of cut panels may be incredibly sharp.

Yes, the panels are able to be shaped to have a gentle curve. Please email us drawings of your design so we can assess if the design is achievable.

For curved panels we do ask that a curved substrate is provided before manufacture.

No, currently we are only set up for UK sales and delivery.

Our panels are waterproof but the edges and back will need to be sealed in wet conditions. 

Our panels will be damaged by direct heat over 60 degrees celsius.

Our standard finishes are: Gold Brass; Bronze; White Bronze; and Iron. We can however provide our finishes in a variety of different metals and pearlescent or matt colours. Please email us with the colours you are looking for for our available options.

Each bespoke texture will need to be assessed for viability. Please email us with a picture of the texture you are looking for so we can assess what will be needed to achieve the texture and quote for each texture on a case by case basis.
